DARK CHOCOLATE WITH PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND SEA SALT
Sea salt straight from Alaska's Prince William Sound waters combined with our 60% cacao. We source the salt from Alaska Saltworks, who hand-craft the salt in small batches using solar evaporation.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH ALASKAN BIRCH SYRUP TOFFEE
The light, rich taste of birch syrup matches beautifully with our 60% cacao. We make the toffee in house using Bridge Creek birch syrup from Homer.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH ESPRESSO BEANS
Locally roasted coffee beans (from Black Cup Coffee in Anchorage or Heritage Coffee Company in Juneau) are blended with our 60% cacao for a caffeinated kick.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
Mild in intensity, the pink Himalayan salt heightens the rich creaminess of the 60% cacao in our flagship bar.
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH MAT-SU VALLEY POTATO CHIPS
What happens when you take the Mat-Su Valley’s famous potatoes, turn them into a perfectly salty and crunchy kettle chip, and then combine that with our signature 60% cacao? You’ll just have to try it to see (but it’s kinda magical).
DARK CHOCOLATE WITH ALASKAN KELP & CAYENNE
Sea and spice anyone? An unlikely marriage perhaps, but we bet you’ll love it! Featuring SE Alaska kelp from the folks at Barnacle Foods and our local-famous 60% cacao, tempered with just the right amount of heat.
You’re looking at the pinnacle of hot chocolatey-ness. We’ve brought together the finest ingredients, extra helpings of cocoa butter, and actual tiny pieces of our signature dark chocolate bars. The result is a uniquely smooth, rich and deliciously dark hot chocolate that’s so good you’ll be drinking it year-round.
